GRYLT GUARANTEE

Well, it’s more of a promise. We think that food should be fresh, not prepackaged and it’s our responsibility to leave as little a carbon footprint as possible. We only have one Earth afterall. So, here are our contributions to the effort:

We try to buy all our produce locally to support our local farms and economy. Our ahi Tuna is freshly caught and our chicken breast is hormone and steroid free. Our beef is Certified Angus Beef and our tofu is made locally.

We do our best to buy everything fresh, not frozen, to offer the best to our guests.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, our plates and straws are made out of sugarcane. Our salad containers, acai cups, and portion cups are made from corn. Our forks, knives and spoons are made from potato. The napkins are made from recycled materials, and the tables were recycled from another restaurant.

Any excess oil or grease that we generated is recycled by Cleanway Systems and made in to bio-fuels.
